Filipino steel,
built by family,
for nearly 60 years.
From a small workshop in Iloilo City to one of Western Visayas' most enduring steel furniture manufacturers — this is the Jacsons story.
A workshop. A name.
A reputation.

Jacsons' Metalcraft Industries, Inc. was founded in 1967 by Jose Antonio Celis, a Filipino craftsman who believed institutions across the Visayas deserved steel furniture built to the standards of the country's best public offices.
Starting with a modest workshop in Iloilo City, Jose Antonio assembled a team of welders and finishers who shared a single discipline: every drawer should still open, every keylock should still turn, every cabinet should still stand — decades after it left the plant.
Today, that same discipline guides the second generation of the Celis family. The plant has grown, the equipment has modernized, the catalog has expanded — but the principle is unchanged. We manufacture steel furniture as if every piece carries our family name. Because it does.
Six decades, one standard.
Founded in Iloilo City
Jose Antonio Celis establishes Jacsons' Metalcraft, beginning a family enterprise dedicated to handcrafted steel furniture for the Visayan market.
Pioneer of Western Visayas
Jacsons becomes one of the first manufacturers of steel filing cabinets, vaults, and lockers in the region — serving government offices, schools, and rural banks.
Expansion across Visayas & Mindanao
Distribution grows beyond Iloilo. JMII steel furniture earns a reputation for reliability in institutions that demand long-life equipment.
Manufacturing modernization
Investment in precision sheet-metal equipment and spray-painting finishing brings industrial-grade consistency to every unit.
